Do you ship to my state?


Currently we are licensed to service and ship to the following states: 

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, MA, ME, MN, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, WA, VT, WA, WI, WY

If you don’t see your state listed, don’t worry, we’re working diligently to become licensed in all 50 states as soon as possible. 


How much is shipping?


As a Honeybee member, 3 to 5 day shipping is FREE! For urgent overnight shipping, the rate is $35.


How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address you provided. If you can’t find your tracking number, please call as at 833-466-3979


Who do you use to ship my package?


We use a combination of USPS, UPS & FedEX


Is it safe to mail my prescriptions?


Absolutely! Your prescriptions will be shipped in an unmarked package and tracked from us to you.


What if I didn’t get my shipment?


We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. If you experience any delays, please contact us right away at 833-466-3979


Can you ship to a different address?


We can only ship to the address that is associated with your membership account. If you’re travelling and need extra day supply, that won’t be a problem. Remember we can fill up to an entire years quantity as long as your doctor approves.
