  1. What form of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major credit cards
  2. How do I pay for my medications and membership fee?

    • You can use any major credit card for your prescription purchases and membership fees.

    • We’ll safely store your payment information and automatically charge your membership fee either monthly or annually depending on your plan.

  3. How does buying from you affect my insurance coverage?
    • It should not at all. Being a Honeybee member and buying your prescriptions from us is exactly the same as paying without using insurance at any retail pharmacy.
    • If you are concerned, please check with your health plan carrier.
  4. I have Medicare, can I use you guys?
    • Yes! We do not take any forms of insurance, so if you are on a state or federal funded health plan (Medicaid or Medicare), you can absolutely still buy from Honeybee.
    • If you have further questions, please contact your plan administrator.
  5. Can my insurance reimburse me for what I pay out of pocket with Honeybee?
    • It depends on your plan, but you can certainly try to submit claims for reimbursement yourself. This may actually help you get some money back in your pocket.

  6. Do you accept FSA/HSA cards?

    • Yes we do! 

    • You can use your FSA/HSA card just like a regular credit card to purchase medications with us!
